Farmer Drak has hired a group of adventurers to rid his land of a cursed tree, which he believes is causing all of his crops to die this year. Rumor has it that his year of poor crops is because it is the thirteenth anniversary of the hanging of a green hag. While the rumor is accurate, it is not complete: the hanging tree is reacting to the hag’s spawn, now living amongst the townsfolk as a normal child, coming of age.
